It was very clean and beds extremely comfortable, it had everything you needed for your stay with a well equipped kitchen.

A nice accomodation, that is as it states on Booking.com. All I needed was a room for the night and a coffee in the morning, during a recent visit to Long Eaton to visit some old work friends. i got both. I will probably use again for the next get together.

Lovely guest house so close to all shops ,high street etc. Really clean, easy check in and out . The lady I dealt with Katharine was absolutely lovely, fab communication. Even arranged to put up a birthday banner and balloon for my daughters birthday for when we arrived .The beds were so comfy a brilliant night sleep.We were visiting the Clifford health club the following day, which is only a 5 minute walk from the guesthouse. An uber from Long eaton train station to the property was only £4.50. There is a home bargain also at the end of the street across the road if you need any drinks, snacks, etc. It really was a pleasant stay and everything you need to hand just down the road ,little town centre , pubs , places to eat and of course the amazing Clifford health centre and spa. Book this guesthouse you won't be disappointed 😊
