Good location, close to shops and restaurants. Nice large bathroom. They let us check in early for no charge because there was a room ready

Location was grand. Beds comfortable and clean and plenty of hot water. On leaving the guy at reception was very helpful and sorry didn't get his name but he printed our boarding passes as I couldn't get them on my phone. And I had asked directions from City Airport to Hotel as don't know London. So his directions were spot on..
