There is no after-hours check in available. For lost keys between 10 PM and 8 AM (when reception is closed), guests will pay £100 call out fee.Property undergoing renovation works from 1st of April 2025 until 1st of February 2026,- there might be some noise from construction during working hours.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Very clean, modern, shower was great, air condition was very good, lovely safe neighbourhood close to both Earl’s Court and West Brompton Underground. I arrived a few hours before check in and when I got back in the evening the staff had taken my suitcase up to my room for me. Nice little touch that was much appreciated!

Updated , clean place. Kitchenette with microwave, kettle, stove, toaster, fridge. Great location for two undergrounds and many things in walking distance.

Location was great and bathroom really clean with good shower . First room we were given as an upgrade turned out to not have been cleaned ! However once in the correct room all was good It was very quiet Only issue was when we opened the blind all we could see was scaffolding and plastic sheeting
