Excellent location, staff were fantastic and went the extra mile. We turned up soaked from the rain and they provided towels, our room was ready early so we could use it to dry off and change. They also provided us with an umbrella. Rooms were well equipped, comfortable and spotless.

The hotel was very unique and boutiquey. It was in the perfect location just a 5 minute walk from the main street of Bayswater where there are shops (M&S, Tesco etc.) bars and restaurants. Bayswater underground is only a 10 minute walk away and you can walk into the centre of Notting Hill in 20 minutes from the hotel. The garden out back was gorgeous and so peaceful. The staff were amazing and even helped me figure out the underground route to Wimbledon.

We loved everything the staff were very welcoming there was everything we needed, very clean was given good advice about facilities and about the area nothing was to much trouble a very pleasant stay x
