It is amazing little hotel, with small cozy rooms equipped with everything you need. I was given a room when I arrived, although it happened before official check-in time, they gave a room, simply because they had one available and they really wanted to be helpful. Also I was upgraded and given slightly bigger room, which was very pleasant. So, hats off to the staff!!! Although the room was on a lower ground floor, unlike the usual lower ground accommodations it was cozy, and felt safe. And window wasn't overlooking a wall, but a something like bushes, so there was not any claustrophobic feeling.

The people on reception were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms were so comfortable and very quiet. No residual noise from the tube lines / traffic / planes at this hotel. All our party left happy, having had a wonderful stay.

Lovely building in a really nice quiet area yet so close to the attractions. The staff were lovely - very helpful. Our room was spotlessly clean, quiet and the shower was fabulous. Air con was such a bonus! Kitchenette was really useful. Overall it was a great choice in a perfect location.
