We only stayed for one night so limited experience but overall was a really great hotel. The staff are friendly and the facilities in the rooms were great. Some nice touches and the interior is beautiful. I loved the original features combined with the warm modern twist. Both the double and twin room were a good size and we all found the beds to be really comfy and the bedding felt soft. We will definitely be coming back!

This time I didn't get a free upgrade so the room was a bit small. The bed was a bit harder than the double bed was last time. Despite these, it's still a good deal.

Clean, comfortable bed, helpful reception staff and great location. Lovely shower too. Very cosy little room with view of London Eye. Air conditioning too was fab.
