The fine print
Visitors are not allowed in the property without prior approval. There will be a GBP 350 charge if guests are found breaking this rule.The maximum occupancy stated cannot be exceeded. If more guests sleep at a location than the number originally stated in the booking, there will be a GBP 350 charge.Guests who are late checking out from 11:00 until 13:00, will be charged a penalty fee of GBP 50. Any guest who is still in the property after 13:00 will be charged for an extra night. This does not apply if a late checkout has been approved in advance.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Good communication with the host, it was easy to collect the keys. The location of the accommodation is really great, in my favorite part of London. The bed was surprisingly very comfortable.
