Mr. Simone on the front desk reception is a consumate professional who manged to help us out in a tight situation when our flight was delayed for a day. Just want to send out to him our warmest regards for his world class service and advice. Hotel is well situated next to Leicester square and westend theater district. Walking distance to alot of wonderful restraunts. Nice of hotel to provide us with a fruit basket on our first day.

The staff was very attentive. The rooms were gorgeous. Very clean and beautifully arranged. The location is super central.
