Everything! This was my first hostel experience. I arrived with doubts and concerns. I read their previews, and tbh I don't understand some guests. This is not a 5-star hotel. This is a little hostel. Those things what are important, i.e., comfy and clean bed, clean bathroom, community areas. The previous previews pointed on those thing what doesn't belong to the hosts. All bad things are the fault of the guests ie: when you use the toilet, flash it or don't break anything what you use, because it can take time to replace it and maybe the next guest is making the judgement, what you damaged and not the fault the place where you stay! And finally the staff! A big special thanks to Misti, Maddi, Zac, Rob, Marcio and of course the rest of the staff. All of them are special! They are extremely friendly, they have brilliant customer service and problem solving skills. They give full support, and you feel like if you stay with a family. I am happy I knew them. But my stay was extremely good, here. Thank you, guys. My rate for you 20 out of the 10!!!

Everything was great overall. The staff was very friendly, as always. The bed, the room, and the facilities were all clean and comfortable. The room was quiet and, thanks to the two windows, the air quality stayed fresh throughout the night — something quite rare in hostels. Excellent value for money.
