Check-in and check-out smooth, and friendly and helpful reception staff. Optional breakfast excellent selection and good value for money. Room temperature easily adjusted to suit preference.

Located on one of the best, wealthiest, squares in London. Definitely a high end location, nice bars and restaurants neighbouring the hotel. Great transport links with a TFL Underground station across the road within 50m. Reception staff pleasant and Shelly behind the bar downstairs very good, knowledgeable and engaging - albeit trying to entertain a small number of customers because they havent promoted the car well enough.

Really nice friendly little hotel - v comfortable rooms - bathroom quite compact but all worked!
