The staff particularly the woman on reception gave us outstanding service and did her upmost to change our room for a much improved room for second day. We were given complimentary breakfast because of the first twin we slept in on 4th floor. Second twin room worth the money for central London. Larger, Aircon that worked. Comfortable bed with more pillows. Large bathroom.
