We were traveling with our family around the country. Upon arrival at the hotel, it turned out that Booking had changed our room reservation. An unpleasant situation arose with accommodation. We contacted the receptionist Cinzia and she reassured us and very kindly and professionally resolved this situation. During our stay, we had to ask for help from Cinzia more than once and he always kindly and professionally resolved the ambiguities that arose. We thank her for her comprehensive assistance.

Great location and great facilities and food options. This to me is one of the best value hotels in London. Good size rooms too.

Good location if you want to be south of the river (close to Waterloo overland and tube). A lot good about this hotel - efficient heating/cooling system in the bedroom, friendly staff, amazingly efficient breakfast service. Internal room still had adequate daylight and was lovely and quiet.
