Public parking is available on Redan Place off Queensway High Street, a 5-minute walk from the hotel. There are also parking bays outside the hotel (subject to availability), with different rates for different vehicles. Parking is limited to a maximum of 4 hours and is free between 6:30 pm and 8:30 am.The property features 6 floors: ground, basement, and floors 1-4. Please note that guests may be allocated a basement room based on availability.A security deposit of GBP 50 per room is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. • No smoking in the rooms – Penalty £150.00 & immediate check-out

The hotel's location is quite convenient, and while the Underground isn't super close, the area itself is lovely. The room and breakfast were decent—nothing special, but adequate. The staff were friendly and always accommodating.

Friendly helpful staff, great location. Comfortable beds and cleaned well. Air conditioning was nice and some of the days were very hot so that was quite welcome.

The room was clean , had all the facilities you needed , the A/C was superb. Great stay if you’re staying over in London it’s in a great location and near tube stations.
