Please note that this property does not accept American Express.All guests checking in require photo ID.Please note that bookings cannot be accepted from any person under the age of 18, unless they are accompanied by an adult over 18 years of age who is staying in the same dorm/room. Please note that couples under 18 years old are not able to share a private room.Guests under 16 years of age must be in a private room (with an adult) and cannot stay in the dorms sharing with other travellers. Written authorization signed by their parents and copies of parents ID’s are needed, for all guests under 18 years old. In compliance with Licensing Law, all under 18 will be asked to leave Bar after 20:00.Group bookings of over 15 persons will need to contact the hotel’s groups department directly, to make sure that the hotel can allocate as many of the guests in the same room/s.Non Refundable bookings are not amendment and not transferable.Palmers Lodge operates a maximum stay policy of 14 nights. The building is beautiful and well located, within walking distance from a zone 2 tube station. There was a cool bar downstairs to chat with other travellers.

Lots of common/ shared spaces. There was a cleaner who came to the room everyday to vacuum and clean the bathroom. I was assigned a top bunk but after asking they moved me to a bottom bunk which was great, kind staff.

The staff was all friendly and made me feel at ease and comfortable and prioritised my safety as a first time travelling alone I was felt comfortable and safe at my room. I was happy with the services received from the staff members at the reception they were happy to help and be available to answer any questions regards the hotel. I will be deffo visiting again thanks again for making me feel safe and for the professional service
