The location is good as there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, and Queensway, Bayswater and Paddington stations are not too far away. The flat is roomy and has most things you need. The kitchen is well-equipped appliance-wise (oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, fridge, coffee makers, etc).
