The staff were very helpful and very friendly. Nothing was too much for them. The room was small but lovely and clean. Air conditioning was a bonus while we visited during a heat wave!

The location is fabulous, it’s an easy walk from The Tube, it’s clean with comfortable beds after long days of sightseeing in London
