The apartments are located from the lower ground floors through 3rd floors (no lift). Special requests regarding floors cannot be accommodated. Concept Serviced Apartments cannot guarantee that all special requests can be confirmed but the property will try their best to do so wherever possible.The Serviced Apartments have a strict maximum occupancy of 2 persons and do not allow children or additional adult guests. There are no sofa beds and no cots.Please note that there are no weekly housekeeping services. Close to multiple underground stations and to portobello road. Apartment was clean and staff were super helpful in getting us in an hour early

Concept apartments are my usual when I work in the city. I love this location. Stone throw away from Portobello Market. What I appreciated the most this time was the kindness and promptness of staff. They helped me to sort the issue and I had a good stay as a result. My favourite is the garden view.
