The fine print
The cardholder name must match the name of the guest.For stays of 7 nights and over, or group reservations, guests will be required to fill in an authorisation form.This will be sent via email by the property and must be filled in and signed by the cardholder and sent back with a copy of the card holders ID.

Perfect location, 30 seconds from tube. Spacious room - perfect for groups or families and such good value for money. Perfect little kitchenette. Lovely, friendly staff. We had a problem with the light in our room quite late at night and the 2 gentlemen who were working could not have been more helpful or determined to solve the problem for us! We were all very impressed with the customer service.

great location for short family trip to London - could have got cheaper further out but wanted to be in specific area - 3 single beds and a double made for a very tight space but was good enough for us - leaving luggage at reception for the last day was a (free) bonus

The location was great for an event in Hyde Park, very close also to a tube station. The bed was comfy and plenty big enough for what we needed. Had a kitchenette which would have been fine if we were there for longer.
