The bed was comfortable enough. Location was good, close to supermarket, pizza, coffeshops, underground. The room was ok, funny smell in the bathroom. It was like a converted cupboard so very small. Sitting on the toilet you sit against the sink. Shower was very nice. Bathroom seemed clean apart from the nasty smell. Could have done with an extra chair, or table in the room and a bedlight.

Communication before visit was excellent, prompt and helpful. Staff polite and friendly. Bedding and towels were very clean and could have been new. The bed was really comfortable.

Lovely little room for a 1 night stay. Room was very clean and cozy, felt very safe. Bed was very comfy and clean. Kettle and microwave were a useful addition to our stay. The lady who checked us in was lovely and let us check in early at 12pm. Her little dog was cute too. Would definitely recommend this place!

Location was great for event at Olympia and easy walking distance to 2 underground stations. Additional facilities include fridge, microwave and hairdryer making it perfect for more than overnight stay.
