Staff were very helpful and polite. And the room was clean and bed was comfortable, the street outside was rather noisy but you couldn’t hear anything with the windows closed

It was clean. I had asked for quiet and good ventilation. Someone had thoughtfully opened the window and I was given a back room (ie not on the road). However it was still extremely hot

Very close to Earl's Court tube station and some shops for food. Room was pretty small, but as expected and as advertised. The bathroom was nice. Overall, still slightly on the expensive side for what was offered, but everywhere is getting a bit like that.
