Centrally located, staff were very accommodating and friendly. Very close to Oxford Street. Lovely breakfast and just a very beautiful hotel with luxurious rooms and heated toilets 😊

Great service - room was prepared before arrived, with special ‘birthday package’ ordered. Customer service with a smile from Butlers, concierge and booking-in staff. Very clean rooms, and swimming pool facilities.

Location was good. Close to shops and could take walks to some of the key sites. Staff were kind and pleasant. Helpful with our requests.
