Yes. All guests over the age of 18 years of age are required to show ID, usually photographic, upon arrival at the hotel. The name, address, DOB and passport information, where applicable for all non-UK passport holders, is stored in the hotel’s property management system for the purposes of confirming your booking/stay. This information is stored in line with GDPR regulations. It is not shared with any 3rd party unless for the purposes of fulfilling the contractual agreement between Blue Orchid and the guest/s.*For children under the age of 18, who are permitted to stay when accompanied by an adult, ID is not required. However, their names MUST be added to the registration card by the adult completing the registration card details.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
