Great location, close to multiple underground and bus stations. Several shops and restaurants nearby as well. Super close to Kensington Gardens for outdoor breakfasts. 24/7 reception with the option to store your luggage is also great.

Location was brilliant right by shops, restaurants and bars. We were on top floor (no lifts) room was spacious bigger than I expected, bed was comfy couple of fans provided as was really hot weekend. Little kitchenette with hob, microwave and a few utensils to cook with. Property was nice and clean, overall a lovely stay. Quite pleased put original booking cancelled on us because I think this was a far better room.
