Aircon. An absolute necessity, during the heat wave we had while in London. It's always on and you have no control over it, but that was fine. Very comfortable bed with good linen and large bath towels. Location is good - Gloucester Rd & High St Kensington tube not too away. Big Sainsbury's round the corner for your morning coffee and pastries. And it's a charming area. The contrast between your fibreglass cubicle and the millions-pound mews is amusing... Think cross-channel ferry cabin utility, and that sums it up. We just kept in mind what little we paid for staying in a prime London location in summer.

Basic but exactly what I needed for a comfy and convenient stay in central London for 2 nights. Very comfy bed, decent shower and friendly receptionist.

Very clean and in a safe area. Don't expect luxury or a large spacious room. It is tiny but has a loo, shower and wash hand basin A nice large towel is provided too. Perfectly adequate. My only complaint is as there is no lift a room on the 3rd floor wasn't ideal being 80 and having a bit of arthritis in my knees

staff was amazing, Maria helped us a lot for our first day, we will not forget :) . Also we had a chance to meet Nur and George, they also guided us about city. All staff are cheerful and willing to help :) room was clean and wifi was also good.
