We stayed at Apartment C, which is on the second floor. -The location is simply superb. It's just 2 minutes from the covent garden tube station and from many theatres on the west End. A ten minute walk to the British museum and a fifteen minutes walk to both the national gallery (and Trafalgar Square). -The lady managing the communications was so helpful! She would reply to any question we had from the very beginning that we booked until the last day that we checked out. I felt welcomed and she was really really helpful! - The apartment is exactly as in the photos. It has a narrow staircase and you have to climb two floors. It is not suited for large suitcases but that was something they mention upfront so I took a small luggage. The apparent feels safe as it has a double set of doors and operates with keyless system. You come and go when you please. -There was an AC, which we did not turn on because it wasn't cold enough but the beddings were more than enough to keep us warm. We never felt cold inside the apartment. -The windows both have blinds, so that in the morning you are not awakened. -In the apartment there was always hot water, wifi that worked great, many outlets to plug devices and even USB outlets next to the bed so you can plug your phone with no adaptor. There was also mini fridge, TV, hairdryer, ironing board and a safe for valuables. It has a kettle for boiling water and a couple of cups and glasses for drinking water or tea but not much else in this regard which was kind of a problem. -There is a Tesco that operates 7 in the morning to 11 at night, Sundays included at 100 m away. Overall the apartment is exactly as described. Which means that there are stairs to climb, and there will be no cleaning service because they will come after you take out unless you ask for it while there. It makes it ideal for short stays.
