The proximity to underground stations and Hyde Park. Quality of the Bathroom in the room. Some of the staff on reception were very professional and helpful.

Property was well maintained and clean. Rooms are comfortable with all the things you may need. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel great location, close to tube and easy transport links to visit London’s attractions.
