Lovely staff, really friendly and helpful. The room was small but pleasant. We liked the funky decor especially the giraffe in the bar!! Good cocktails.

Super friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is small and cozy. The surroundings are exceptional, very safe area with plenty of restaurants, coffee places and metro stop 5 mins away

Booked hotel as attending concert in Hyde Park. Excellent location and quirky hotel. Room was very clean and comfortable. Checking in and out was quick and efficient. Staff friendly and helpful. Easy to reach from Kings Cross via tube and hotel just a short walk from the tube station. Within walking distance of central London (through Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park - about 1 hours walk).

Excellent location with access to many restaurants and parks, unusual but amazing decor with the added bonus of 2 free drinks tokens waiting for me in my room when I checked in !!
