It has the best location. I’ve read about the warm rooms before booking it and, i was there probably in the most warmest days for london in this year around 27c, also for a downstairs room i had no issue with the warmth. With the little fan that provided in the room, i slept comfortably. Also i have seen in couple of other rooms while it was being cleaning, that they were ready for the warmer days with fans in each room. Handing out the key policy also i liked, you dont have a chance to lost the key:)

Fantastic location, over the road from Kings Cross station and a short walk from Euston. Very clean and modern rooms, friendly staff.
