The staff were very helpful, and on-site parking was available. There were shops nearby, as well as convenient access to both the bus and underground stations, all within walking distance. We were very pleased with our choice and would definitely return.

The staff were excellent, very welcoming and helpful. We stayed in the garden room, which was equipped with everything you could need for a short stay. We travelled by car from Norfolk it was so easy to drive to. North Ealing tube station is just around the corner so very easy to travel elsewhere in London.

Very quiet location which is nice, but the walls are a bit thin, as to be expected in a hotel. Comfy bed and complementary water/tea/coffee is nice.
