Location was great , cleanness was excellent but swimming pool was not as relaxing as you expect due to no policy of certain age , as lots of under 12 years old kids screaming in the swimming pool and made it impossible for us to relax and use of pool as I specifically paid extra money to book a hotel with the pool to enjoy. If this experience wasn’t bad enough at the same night at 4.30 am fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate the building for over an hour and stay at cold in the street.

The staff were excellent, lady on the desk amazing and the guy in the gym was really friendly and helpful, I wish knew both there names, manners were second to none.

Staff very helpful. Nice atmosphere at the bar. Lovely outside garden to have meal or drinks.
