It’s our 5th time in London and the 2nd time at this hotel. This time our son joined us for a soccer game. The hotel is perfectly located, highly designed, very nice and large rooms, but on top of all is the service. The team is very attentive, high level of hospitality, very professional concierge team, and can’t finish this review without mentioning the exceptional service from Ayman, who was one of the breakfast staff. From the very first day, he welcomed us with a warm smile, and we were shocked he remembered us from our last visit (2 years ago!). In the following days, he remembered our preferences, anticipating our needs before we even asked. His personal touch, kindness, and professionalism made every breakfast a real pleasure. Ayman truly adds to the welcoming atmosphere and high standards of the hotel. Thank you, Ayman – you made a difference!

Manager on reception Janiter is the angriest most aggressive woman on the planet. We left. Rude and looks down on you even though the price of the rooms or maybe it’s because we’re Liverpudlian whatever the reason I will not be returning. Despicable shocking
