Extremely hot on the 4th floor. Windows opened only 6 inches and the room stayed hot even when the temperature outside cooled off

My parents stayed at this hotel for second time now, as it is around the corner of my flat in London. And every time staff is super helpful and very kind to them, which I greatly appreciate as they are a bit old and scared. This time they got a great room on first floor, as we requested so that they can use the stairs.

Good location. Close to Gloucester Road Station. We chose this hotel for access to Hyde Park, but it was probably a lot further walk than we had anticipated. Near to Kensington High St. Plenty of local eateries.
