The communication with the Joivy team was great. They were very prompt with their almost immediate replies. Checking in and out was a breeze with the video instructions. Upon arriving, we were so glad that the flat was on the ground floor and just next to the main door, with no need to climb stairs. The flat looks just like in the pictures. The kitchen was fully equipped not only with utensils but cookware, bakeware and even basic pantry items such as salt, pepper, oil, coffee, sugar, pasta etc. The bathroom looks like it was newly renovated and very clean. We appreciate that there is a washer/dryer including cleaning pods, dish washer tabs and all other cleaning items. Neighbors in the other flats were very quiet too. The location of the flat is just a 5 minutes walk to Paddington station and for Muslim travellers, there were Halal restaurants and Muslim grocery stores, just 200m away at the next street or walk down to the Paddington station for many many other Halal options. It was good to know that the neighborhood was safe and quiet. Upon check out, the cleaner was was pleasant to bid us farewell and waited patiently for us to get all our luggage out. Overall, the flat had everything we required for a 6-day stay comfortably and we couldn't be more pleased. Wouldn't mind staying again when we visit London.

Excellent location! Just 5 mins walk from Paddington Station and easily accessible from Heathrow Airport using the Heathrow Express train. Close to Hyde Park and Kensington, and to several tubes lines for access to different areas of London.
