The staff were really friendly. Seamless checking in system and they kindly put the luggage in the room for us. The shower in the room was really good - good pressure, products were nice. Quite nights sleep. Close to Chelsea flower show.

Good sized room and bright large bathroom. Very quiet. Staff friendly, breakfast was good but I was the only one there at 9am on a Saturday morning so a little soulless.

As soon as you enter the hotel you know it is a class act …..You need more than one night to appreciate all the subtle touches …. electronic toys in the room … motorised curtains , great tv with Sonos sound bar , … …. Luxury toiletries in a high tech bathroom …. …. No expense spared . … if I didn’t know the price of the room I would have expected to pay double !! Lovely staff ……nice little touch that you receive emails or texts about your stay and simple check outs …
