1. Prompt reply on messages 2. Room was so clean and nice. 3. Room was greatly furnished with vast amount of kitchen supplies, a refrigerator, hair dryer, electric fan, iron and a television, et cetera. 4. The temperature was adequate. 5. The location was great. 3 minutes from Earl's Court.
