We got a free upgrade! The room was amazing and despite being on the road, you cannot hear the traffic at all. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff in reception were very friendly, welcoming & helpful. Location to Gloucester Road tube was excellent. Loved the products in the bathroom.

The hotel room is a very short walk from the tube station. The room turned out much better than expected - there was a small kitchenette with essential kitchen equipment. The room was also bigger than expected. Toilet was clean, of a good size and most importably not slippery for our parents who stayed.
