Good breakfast and location, quiet surroundings (which is a good thing because being able to sleep is really important).

The breakfast was superb, as was the room itself. The air conditioning was a treat during the hot weather in London, and we barely heard any external or internal noise in our room. It was lovely and quiet! Plus, the lovely staff stored our luggage after checkout for several hours while we got in a few more sights before departing for the airport!

Location, very close to nearest tube station. Staff were great and we were able to check into our room early. This was great as we were in London for BST Hyde Park and meant we were already checked in and could put our luggage in the room ready for when we got back at midnight.
