Stayed a few times and the staff are helpful and friendly. Also love the cookies that you get on arrival, nice touch, and the ferry is great to cross to Canary Wharf, it makes life easier and adds to the hotels appeal being on the river.

The room was not to the standard I expect for a double tree Hilton - it was tiny. However the view of the river was lovely.
