My best friend and I booked a twin room for a girls overnight stay in London to visit the Tower of London which is literally across the road. The room was quite big and the beds were very comfortable. It was clean and had everything we needed. There was a nice bar in the reception area where we had a cocktail before we checked into our room. We would definitely recommend it for the cleanliness and the location.

Hotel's location is excellent, very short walk from the tube and a lot of places of interest. I requested a room with "good views" when booking in advance and the staff was aware and they were very nice and accomodating while checking in. The room was good and had everything we needed (a better coffee machine would be great to have tho, we just didn't use the electric kettle and complimentary coffee/tea at all, it was inside a drawer). We went to the Savage Garden on the top floor one night to check the views and the vibes out. Views were of course amazing, but it was WAY too loud to hold a conversation, so we just had an overpriced beer and came down to the vertical bar instead, where the guys are super nice and friendly by the way, so kudos to them. Can't really comment on other services since we spent most of the time outside in the city.
