Excellent location with a lot of amenities close by. Five minutes away from Gloucester Road station. In walking distance of Kensington Palace and Gardens. The hotel was clean and tidy and had comfortable beds and a good sized shower.

This was our second stay at this hotel. Basic hotel, good area & location, nice staff with basic breakfast included. We stayed 5 nights during a heatwave. No air conditioning so family room was extremely hot. Gave us 1 fan between 5 of us & had to ask for 2nd one. The room was below ground so no breeze thrpugh tiny windows. Needs air conditioning or at the least ceiling fans.

Easy walking distance from Gloucester Road tube station, good location, area was fine and I was able to check in early. The staff were friendly and helpful. Tea/coffee provided and the room had great air-conditioning!
