Helpful host, good quiet location, clean and convenient apartment with good facilities

Apartment was v cluttered, not v clean, had to unpack closet to access WM, mostly almost used toiletries, WM powder box empty, freezer door fell off each time fridge was opened, 1 towel each for 8 night stay, upstairs resident was v noisy, (night & day).

The location was perfect for us. Close to tube stations and Paddington. The buildings surrounding were beautiful. The balcony was a special touch.
