Location excellent. Communication with host first class - really supported us after being let down by previous booking 24 hours before travel. Spacious, comfortable accommodation. Would stay here again.

Nice and very quiet location, still very central. Good size of apartement and ok standard for the most part. Good kitchen, and appliances with all you need. Coffee maker with pods provided - very good. Really nice and friendly staff.

The apartment was great in a very strategic position. By the way the lift had not been working from several days and we have been warned just few hours before the arrive. We arrived on Thursday morning, on Sunday morning the lift was still unusable and we reach the 8th floor everyday using the stairs. The staff helped us with the luggage the last morning.

The location was fantastic- very quiet, felt very safe, good shopping facilities nearby, and 2 tube stations within 5 min walk. Hyde park 2 min walk.
