The kids had a normal room but it was very smelly, leaky airco, broken shower and broken hairblower. The smell off the room is still in our bags 3 days later.

Great location and staff. The rooms need re doing with regard to plugs, lighting and most of all the pressure in the showers.

Air con was good, as it was very hot outside; good sized, comfortable room that was nicely decorated; very quiet room and corridor; lovely beds, large TV screen; plenty of lifts; nicely designed building, quality carpets and furniture throughout; large reception area with cafe; busy, seasoned hotel in pleasant location of Kensington near restaurants// cafes with good transport links to West End, Hyde Park, Chelsea etc

Lady on the desk was helpful and friendly. Lady at the café was rushed off her feet but still managed to smile and be helpful
