The property operates a self-check in system and the apartments/units are self serviced. There is no reception or concierge at this property. Guests will be sent check in instructions via email 2 days prior to arrival. If you have booked within 3 days to arrival, you will receive your arrival information shortly after the booking is confirmed on our system.Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Special requests regarding floors cannot be accommodated. Concept Serviced Apartments cannot guarantee that all special requests can be confirmed but the property will try their best to do so wherever possible.The Serviced Apartments have a strict maximum occupancy of 2 persons and do not allow children or additional adult guests. There are no sofa beds and no cots.Please note that there are no weekly housekeeping services. Bed linen and towel exchange services are available upon request and on a weekly basis only.Please note that the studio does not have air-conditioning, but central heating and separate fans are provided.Please note that the Studio-Split Level has very steep stairs and guests cannot stand up straight in the bedroom. This studio may not be suitable for some guests.Identification (Passport or ID) may be requested of guests by the property for local bookings. Driver’s license not accepted.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
