The fine print
The hotel cannot guarantee that rooms will be available before 14:00 for check-in. Late check-out will be subject to additional charges.Kindly note that check-in for the apartments is from 15:00 onward.Please note that when booking 5 rooms or more , a prepayment is required .The credit card holder should be present at the time of check-in. If a third person is paying then they will need to fill a Third Party Credit Card form prior to their arrival. Check-in may not be possible if this is not done and no refunds will be issued.All guests must be over the age of 18 to check-in. For all under 18, they should be accompanied either by a guardian or parent.The hotel can not reserve specific room numbers in advance or guarantee that rooms will be allocated on a specific floor.The hotel is not suitable for groups occupying more than four rooms.A security deposit of at least GBP 50 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. This cannot be paid with cash.The property keep lost property for 2 weeks. After this time the items are disposed of.Guests found to have smoked in the property will face a penalty of up to GBP 250.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Fantastic location, beautiful spacious bathroom. Everything was super clean. The milk was provided in a little glass bottle which was great, much nicer than the usual little plastic pots that hotels provide. Lovely breakfast, lots of variety. Very comfortable, would stay again.

The room was beautiful and much larger than I expected. Their lobby seating area was relaxing and pleasant to spend time in. The staff were always available, helpful and friendly. As a disabled person, I found that their facilities and customer care were excellent. I will definitely be staying here again when I need to be in London.
