Very clean. Even though the room is small, there are all needed facilities including fridge. Apples and oranges in the room were a nice bonus.

Location is pretty good for when working in Waterloo and surrounding area. Room was small, but sufficient. Nice to have the fridge in the room and fan / iron / kettle etc. Also a nice touch to have fruit and water refreshed daily. Staff were very nice, happily stored luggage and just a nice quirky hotel with unusual decorations. Really liked the use of the microwave on bottom floor available for guests.

The staffs were friendly and helpful. Luggage storage was very convenient and cost saving. Free drinking water was a bonus. Location was good as it was near Elephant and Castle stations. The beds were comfortable enough.

The staff members we interacted with were very friendly ! The room was very clean, and as someone who drinks a lot of water, the fact that they kept replenishing the complimentary water bottles was a huge plus.
