I love the location. Handy for west end and theatres but not much traffic and many top restaurants within a few minutes (or seconds!)

Excellent location for our needs, pleasant room with comfortable mattress, well equipped and quiet. We slept well. The public spaces are nicely furnished and decorated. The front staff on door and reception were professional, friendly and helpful.

Charlotte St is such a stylish Hotel. It has welcoming and helpful staff, a great location and beautiful rooms. Both the in room dining and restaurant food was fabulous. Staff made me feel very comfortable as a solo traveller.
