The location of the hotel, 10 mins to Kensington Gardens, and 3 tube stations. Pleasant, thought quite small, room. Very friendly and helpful ladies in the breakfast area.

The hotel was in walking distance of Hyde park. The room was clean and spacious and the staff were very kind and helpful.
