For bookings made for more than 3 rooms the hotels group booking policy applies. There is free of charge cancellation up to 30 days before date of arrival, after that, the first night for each room will be charged.Please note, for non-refundable bookings, guests need to present the credit card used for the booking, as well as a valid form of ID.When booking [4] rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.Please note upon arrival the hotel will pre-authorise an amount of £1 on debit/credit card.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. It had everything you needed for a short stay. I also needed to do a meeting on Teams after I checked out and the manager found me a quiet room to take my meeting….that’s service for you!
