The staff was super kind and helpful, the bed was confortable, many restaurants are just a little walk away, overall it was very correct

Friendly, helpful and competent staff throughout the hotel. Excellent location near Paddington Station and Kensington Gardens. Plenty of choice at breakfast, but I had to wait (less than 5 mins) to be allocated a table as the dining room was full.

Great value for money hotel. Considering the area and a good breakfast, I didn't find it overly expensive. The location is excellent, very close to Paddington Station and just 0.3 miles from Hyde Park. Superb location.
